An enjoyable trip with lots of photo opportunities under the expert guidance of Adrian.
I must admit that my recent trip to West Java was fairly relaxing and easy going as well.
Facing the Indian Ocean, the coastline of Sawarna offers fascinating and stunning scenery for
seascape photography during golden hour – the times around sunrise and sunset. However, the most
challenging task is to secure firmly the camera and tripod on rocky and undulating grounds.
I was completely overwhelmed by the sheer beauty of magnificent waterfalls in Ciletuh Geopark. Diehard photographers can spend hours at the various waterfalls to try out and experiment creative options in composition, lighting and mood at different high-low vantage points. Throughout the trip, participants were in high spirits and felt well-rewarded with many wonderful shots. Adrian, you had again done an excellent job in fulfilling our dreams of an ideal photographic trip. Thank you.
This is about my 6th trip with SgTrekker and i\’ve enjoyed all the trips – i like the comaraderie with the various groups (always punctual), fun, food and decent to luxurious accommodation, . Adrian ensures that we are well-fed with good to best local food, and he patiently ensures all our different dietary requirements. Besides bringing us to interesting and scenic places and an element of adventure, there\’s also a balance in knowing about the culture, food and people. Lake Baikal has been an adventure for me as i always wondered if i\’d survive the extreme cold. Thankfully, Adrian briefed us well, and so we were prepared and survived. This is another trip with fond memories and thanks to Adrian for his generous sharing of tips and tricks and ensuring that we all get some good shots to bring home.
