Odyssey Card Terms & Conditions

The Odyssey Card is owned and operated by Singapore Trekker. By applying for the Odyssey card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Odyssey Card is non-transferable.
  2. Only individuals can apply for the Odyssey Card. Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities are not eligible to participate. Each member may only hold one Odyssey card.
  3. The Odyssey Card is valid for 365 days from subscription date. Each successful applicant will receive a notification by email indicating their Odyssey membership number within 24 hours of application. If the successful applicant does not receive the Odyssey card within 14 working days, it is the responsibility of the applicant to contact Singapore Trekker to seek further assistance.
  4. Odyssey Card benefits and prices are only applicable upon presentation of the Odyssey Card at our partner merchants. For online purchases on www.SGTrekker.com, Odyssey prices are only applicable upon entering of your Odyssey member number in our order system.
  5. Membership benefits and any other terms and conditions communicated with the Odyssey Card are subjected to change without notice. Where possible, members will be kept updated on any such changes through the website www.SGTrekker.com, our monthly newsletters, email and other media.
  6. Singapore Trekker will not be held responsible for any transactions, disputes or any similar disagreements resulting from usage of the Odyssey card.
  7. Singapore Trekker reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership of the Odyssey Card at any time if it is suspected that the membership is being abused or fraudulently used. Fraud or abuse of the Odyssey card will be subjected to the appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Singapore Trekker.
  8. Lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported to Singapore Trekker. An administrative fee of S$30.00 will be charged for a membership card replacement, and will have the same expiry date as the original membership card.
  9. The Odyssey card benefits are void where prohibited by law and all conditions, warranties or any other terms implied by law, are excluded to the fullest extent, permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through payment to Singapore Trekker, an Odyssey card member accepts these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, and agrees to be bound to them.
