Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Bali, transfer to hotel, check-in. First we visit the Royal Family Temple of Taman Ayun, a huge state temple of the Mengwi Kingdom surrounded by a wide moat that was built in 1634.

 

We then transfer to Tanah Lot Temple for our sunset shoot before dinner. Visit the night markets at your own leisure.

 

Overnight at 3-star Balisani Padma Hotel or equivalent

 

Day 2 (B,L,D)
This morning, we rise early and make our way to Lake Bratan for our early morning misty shoot. Enroute, we will stop by Pacung Padi slopes, another beautiful rice terrace area before making our way to Lake Buyan, Lake Tamblingan and Manduk Village with its coffe plantations and monkey colony.

After lunch, we visit the famous Jatiluwih rice terraces before ending the day at the famous Uluwatu Temple for our sunset shot and witness the Cecak dance before proceeding for dinner and heading back to the hotel.

Overnight at 3-star Balisani Padma Hotel or equivalent

 

Day 3 (B,L,D)
We depart early morning for our morning shoot at Bersakih Temple, which is the first temple built in Bali and located on the slopes of Mount Agung.

After Bersakih, we will visit the town of Semarapura.

Staged Shoot: Children at Klung Kung Beach/Waterfall

We end the day at Jimbaran for some good seafood and a beautiful sunset.

Overnight at 3-star Balisani Padma Hotel or equivalent.

 

Day 4 (B)
The morning is free and easy for some last minute shopping before we head back to Singapore

Accomodation

Balisani Padma Hotel

Located in Legian beach, Kuta, the Balisani Padma is a 3-star hotel with traditional Balinese decorated rooms. It is about 5km away from the airport and close by the popular Legian beach with its host of bars, pubs, eateries, entertainment and nightlife.

Tour FAQ

1. I am interested in the tour, how do I reserve a slot?
You will need to first submit an order using the ‘Book Now’ button. After receiving our confirmation email when we have fulfilled the minimum group size; we will request for full payment and all travel documents will be issued. A destination orientation will also be given during our pre-departure briefing.

 

2. What is your pre-departure briefing all about?
Our pre-departure briefing (held 3 weeks to 1 month prior to departure) is to give our tour participants an orientation of our tour before we depart, the cultural do’s and don’t’s as well as to conduct an ice breaker to ensure everyone is comfortable travelling with each other. We will also be holding a small mini tutorial on how to waterproof your camera equipment in the event of wet weather.

3. How is your rooming list decided? Can I opt to stay alone in a single room? (Single Supplement)
Our tour is based on a twin-sharing basis. We will decide the rooming list based on gender, followed by age group. For participants who have registered with their friends or spouses, they can request to stay together in the same room too. If you wish to enjoy more privacy and have a single room to yourself for the duration of the tour, the single supplement is S$179.00  nett for 3 night’s accommodation in a single room.

If you have registered as a single participant and do not wish to pay for the single supplement, we will try our best to match you with another single participant; otherwise, you will need to incur the single supplement charge to join our trek.


4. What can I expect during your photography tours?

Our photography tours are designed to bring you to the main attractions of the destination at the optimal times for photography. We also try to include a local perspective by bringing you off the beaten track to visit various local sights etc You also get to travel and interact with other photography enthusiasts, share tips, discuss techniques and overall, learn to improve your photography.
